I Heart Page Maps!

I haven't posted anything scrappy in awhile, so here are a few of my latest girly layouts: I really love working with vellum {Silhouette cuts it beautifully} but I have the hardest time adhering it. Any suggestions? I attempted staples on this one.
Just some leftover Basic Grey scraps. Lovin' this QK tree branch.
My friend Karen introduced me to http://www.pagemaps.com/ and I LOVE it. Becky Fleck has darling sketches that are SO my style. Great for inspiration!
Now off to do some BOY pages:)

For vellum I will sometimes use needle & thread. For these butterflies, you could have done a few strategically placed stitches down the bodies or something. It's a bit of work hand-stitching, but it's better than tape showing through (even the "invisible" tape doesn't cut it in my opinion). Sometimes I'll use an eyelet if it fits the design.

I didn't even think of stitching! Time for a re-do... I agree with you about the not-so-invisible tape;)
